  Very poor advisory service, they give priority in the digital queue to those who open a new account, when it should be in order of arrival, more than 2 hours to attend to me, there are only 2 advisers and shift change is worse, with each client more than 20min to solve his request, terrible, I would have given up more to go and return to an office in Bogotá and surely I have plenty of time.
