  This is one of the best experiences I’ve had and I consider myself a moderate traveler. I felt special and we were given exceptional customer service. The view of our room was amazing. People treat you with true care and you are on the best location in Bogota. We felt comfortable walking and Chelsea the Roof top bar is super chic and again everyone extremely nice. I would recommend to get the Deluxe room. Not sure what the difference is but we loved our room and the difference was so little. John and Juan are amazing people, they are the type that always ask if anything is needed, if they can make suggestions, give you maps offer drinks, grab your bags is a must. Sorry I continue to brag, it was just amazing!! Their goal is that you feel special; surely accomplished! Would certainly be staying here again.

  Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect and safe across the street from the zona t neighborhood.

  Amazing place. The rooms are clean, new and modern. The shower is terrific. The room service is good and the employees are very polite. The localization is another plus: a lots of bars and restaurants near by.

  I love this hotel. It's very quiet and the asian restaurant is delicious.
