  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, A TOTAL SCAM.. This place does not even deserve one star. Had booked a car for 12pm, arrived at 12pm and was told there were no cars available. Was then told maybe one would become available sometime after 4pm if I waited, but Budget couldn't promise this. They ended up bringing me to their friends rental shop where they promised the same value car for the same price. Long story short, the car was disgustingly dirty and had stereo issues that caused it to beep incredibly loudly every 20 minutes for at least a minute and we got scammed into paying extra fees. Do not rent a car from here!

  !!!Please read and save yourself time and money!!! Would give negative stars to this Budget location if it was an option. Reserved car online through AAA, showed up and told my reservation was cancelled. Then they referred me to AVIS at 3x the cost. Avoid at all costs, I was distraught after this experience and stumbled into Localiza right by the airport(next to AVIS). Localiza staff were very nice, respectful, and helpful. Price wise for an economy car with full coverage insurance it was around $50 usd/day, less than half of my original budget price. I will be notifying AAA of this experience, it was so ridiculous I had to review.

  Check twice and dont trust them. Avoid if you can. They tried to get me to pay for returning not full tank. I tok a tour back to the gas station and with aBudget representative to fill more gas. We did not fill anything and the gasoline station worker wondered what are we doing there. I saved myself additional payment of 50.000 COP by doing that.

  DO NOT RENT HERE! They will not honor any reservation that you've made and you will be left stranded. Budget Corporate denies their responsibility to provide reliable service and pivots performance responsibility to their franchisees. What seems available on the website does not actually exist in reality. Rent somewhere else and avoid the hassle that I had with HOURS wasted trying to secure my bookings through three separate reservations that were cancelled on me at the last minute. Go someplace else!!!

  Awful service, not professional. With just 3 days left for my trip they cancelled my reservation due to availability. And been booked over 1 month ago. Now this will become a hazard to find another car that is most needed for me. They should make sure to have the car before offering foe rent. Don't rent here, you will regret.
