  One of the best pasture ophthalmologists Dr. Juan Pablo, I can see that his ethics is better than many others, I performed the appropriate exams before operating, when in other centers they were not going to perform. But I rate it low because of the delay in attention, hours may pass and they don't attend to it. They should better assign the appointment schedule.
