  We had a confirmed reservation at the Armenia airport. When we landed, there was no car, no e-mail. I finally reached Juan Pablo on the phone and he gave us two choices. Wait at the airport for an hour and a half or take a taxi to our ranch. The car ultimately arrived at the ranch four hours later. The driver insisted on being paid in full before the rental. He had a machine with him that wouldn't accept Visa only Mastercard. Our hosts intervened, they paid for our car rental on their Mastercard. Then the driver told us that he was going to change the car the next day. We got Juan Pablo on the phone again, he demanded that we pay for his drivers to come to the ranch twice. He gave us two choices, pay him the extra money or cancel the deal. We cancelled the deal. No car to explore the area. Our hosts fighting to get their money back. A waste of time. Avoid this joker.
