  Elegant hotel and wonderful service. Very clean, professional and classy. Food selections and bar are a great place to hang out and enjoy. Staff was professional and friendly.

  Gorgeous hotel located in the historic Casa Medina. The service is what you’d expect from a Four Seasons property - outstanding. We upgraded to a suite. It was worth the spend. Huge room with fireplace, jacuzzi tub, huge flat screen TV’s, and so much more. When returning to Bogota this will be our choice.

  Fantastic hotel if staying in this area. The rooms are wonderful but be warned that they do not have air conditioning (at least mine didn't) so on a hot day the rooms can get quite stifling. Non existent views (my room faced an auto shop) but that's most of the hotels in the area. The restaurant is top notch, but expensive. Seek food outside the hotel if possible to save a lot of money. All the wait staff is helpful and friendly, and can communicate well in English.

  A wonderful short stay here. Overall service is great. I specially like the interior design. Not super luxury (unnecessary), but very cosy, classic and detail. The restaurant is beautifully filled with sunlight and comfy.

  Super bem localizado (setor gastronômico de Bogotá), quarto lindo e um dos melhores atendimentos que já tive oportunidade de presenciar. Gostaria de agradecer a todos funcionários do hotel que fizeram nossa estadia ainda mais especial!
