::No towels or shampoo in the room. Had to ask twice for towels and shampoo is not available at all. Also there is no hot water. In general a very old and dirty place. I really cannot recommend the hotel.

::Place is nice enough, however they blatantly lie. Was told I could get a shuttle bus, payed extra for it and they did not honour this. Ended up having to pay for a taxi as well as the extra it costs to preorder the shuttle bus as I don't speak Spanish and couldn't argue my point. I think this is probably a ploy they use often, so no Spanish speaking people beware! Also there 'complimentary' breakfast is two eggs.

::It's a good hotel at a central point that's not far from the airport and it is at a comfortable distance from the center. It's got the services of a 4 star hotel. It's in a quiet area security wise but every now and then the noise of the planes taking off from the airport which is not at a far distance could be annoying. The area it is in has many good motels and at a very economic rate.
