::El personal del hotel es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar a los clientes y satisfacer sus necesidades. En mi primera visita se me olvidó un adaptador múltiple para diferentes tomas eléctricas y a mi regreso, pregunte por el dándolo por perdido. Mi sorpresa fue que lo consiguieron y lo tenían en custodia esperando a que alguien lo reclamara. Las habitaciones muy limpias y bastante bien dotadas. Lo único que falta es una plancha en cada habitación Pero es una muy buena elección si quiere pernoctar en el centro de la ciudad.

::Bem próximo a várias atrações interessantes como o Museo del Oro, Casa de Simón Bolívar e Museo Botero. Preço médio, bom café da manhã e quarto aconchegante.

::Really nice hotel, great location for sightseeing. Spacious rooms equipped with every comfort. The staff is always available and kind. Very good breakfast (not only international but also typical Colombian) and rich. Possibility of making excursions also through them. They always pay attention to the customer 😊👌🏻

::The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing. Very clean. Spacious room with a view of the square. The breakfast was adequate with a selection of juices, fruit, and cheeses. Eggs on demand. I wish they had a better selection of meats and breads. Two issues. Our room overlooked the square and it was very noisy from early in the morning till late at night. If you are a light sleeper ask for an interior room. There was no AC and the room went from hot to cold to hot throughout our stay. It was easily resolved by using the extra blanket or opening the window though.

::Buenas y acogedoras habitaciones. Buen trato del personal. Todo limpio. Pero JAMÁS RESPONDEN AL LLAMADO EN RECEPCIÓN DESDE LA HABITACIÓN. Uno puede llamar a recepción por una hora y nadie responde. Es necesario mejorar este asunto.
