  Mala actitud de la recepción. La habitación huele a húmedo. Mal mobiliario. Las habitaciones del primer piso no son aptas para huéspedes ya que están al lado del restaurante y se escucha ruido toda la noche y en especial en la madrugada. No se puede descansar.

  Tiene un reconocimiento por parte de muchos Colombianos, por su atención personalizada a muchas gentes que llegan a desarrollar actividades de todo tipo en la ciudad de Popayán, cuenta además con un excelente restaurante, en el que está impreso el sello de uno de sus dueños que es un gran maestro de cocina. Cuenta con un buen auditorio y fuera de la ciudad tiene una casa de banquetes....

  Hotels in Popayan are not that good...My room with a balcony was very noisy.

  I'm an American , and I have to say this is the best hotel I've stayed at in all of Columbia. It's truly a 5 star experience. I paid 95000COP 38$USD and simply the best money I've ever spent. Make sure you get a room overlooking the square !

  We were a large group. They were expecting us. There were few other people in the place. We waited more than hour for our food. The played were cold and our food was starting to get cold. Good was not amazing as see had been told it was. Disappointed.
