  Very clean, comfy beds, and delicious breakfast. Also staff amazingly attentive to all our requests. We had a very comfortable stay and walking distance to centers historic sites.

  Enjoyed my stay here. Newer hotel with nice accommodations and a high level of service. They even brought hot chocolate and cheese to our room as a free perk in the evening. I thought the linens and the bed were very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was a good set meal. Nice view of the plaza from the terrace. While it was nice having windows to let fresh air in the noise from the street starts earlier in the morning so next time I might request a room not facing the busy streets.

  The establishment itself is quite nice but what really puts it over the top is the level of service. The staff all go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible. The place is kept spic and span. The breakfast is good with wonderful terrace views of all the surrounding volcanoes. The front desk has cold and hot water and a selection of teas always available, the wifi is strong enough to support calls and quickly load materials for work. HIGHLY recommend.

  Nice and clean. The staff members are friendly and helpful. Has its own private parking. I would definitely recommend the hotel 👍🏼🙂
