  Worst place to buy wedding rings ever. My fiancee went to buy a pair of wedding rings for us while waiting for me to arrive in Bogota. Kevin Joyeria did not have her size and of course I was not there but they pressured her into making a deposit for 2 Millions pesos or US $718 to set a ring her size even though the ring did not cost that much and lock her in buying a ring for me. Once I go there they wanted 500,000.00 pesos more (US$ 200) for my ring. We of course did not agree and they refused to refund our money, not even for the portion for my ring which they didn’t want to honor at the price they had offered my fiancee. After a couple of days to plead with them to refund our money the sales ladies Esmeralda and Alexandra agreed to refund our money but they were overruled by Sandra Hernandez the manager. Joyeria Kevin kept my fiancee ring which we certainly would never use and kept all of our money US$ 718 even though the find print did not clearly provide for this. Which make me think that Colombia is not a country of law. According to their staff their jewels are not made in Colombia, I can only imagine where they are made. Marc
