  They used to be good I've used them on two previous trips to Colombia. This time they tried to charge me for cleaning the car, they added additional insurance at the last minute. They informed us of changes at the last minute. The staff at the pick up point were helpful but the whole system is designed to rip you off and it worked out more expensive than the other brands
