  Great hostel, very clean, extremely friendly, great vibe, free water, good WiFi and very cosy... Will be back !

  Very nice place and cool volunteers working there! BUT the room we stayed in was contaminated with bedbugs! Nobody told us that they had an incident with those little monsters just two days before we checked in. The manager of the hostel was not very helpful and we even had to fight for compensation (cleaning our clothes) Such a shame to treat your guest like that in such a lovely hostel.. Edit: after that response.. it should be very clear who is the liar and who is not.. Yes you gave us 50000 pesos for all of us! Which was just enough for one person as we had to bring our bags to the dry cleaner. Because you’re right we found one in our bag.. OBVIOUSLY because the room was conterminated!! So of course they went into the bags as well... Nobody else had an incident ?? Well that’s weird cause we met at least 3 other groups who had incidents at your hostel! It’s bad enough you had them but lying about it makes it even worse. Thank you for nothing!

  Bed bugs in the 4 bed dorm! Don't go there! They didn't double-check after having had an incident with bed bugs and the following fumigation of the room. The bugs had also found their way into the private room on the first floor. The owner did not take us seriously when we asked for compensation for the dry clean that we had to get all our stuff washed and dried at to get rid of the bugs.
