  Bad service, there is no one at the reception, there is no customer service, no one at the door, there will be the lady from the toilet and the only one who greets, background music as if it were at home at an inappropriate volume, staff who do not know which patient should attend to each doctor, and without specifying the conditions that must be taken into account for the consultation, pending customer service of the cell phone, leaves much to say ... better the aspects and regulations regarding their health service provision processes .. Hours of operation if they publish that they start at 8 AM must be respected, that is education and culture.
