  Impossible to make purchases online. Terrible CDTs and Trusts. The only reason I chose this bank was the relatively wide coverage, and the "VISA" label But I have discovered that this label is useless, since Banco de Bogota blocks all my online transactions. I've had to get a Cell Phone with Android, install a "Token", synchronize it with an ATM, change "Caps" on a mediocre and incomplete web page ... CALL PERSONALLY the damn bank (in another city) to authorize the transaction .. and then be denied 16 times. Even after personally visiting the bank and several calls of between 10 and 40 minutes, I am still denied transactions. After 10 calls, most of which were not answered, and being cut off from the rest (the advisers never gave me filing numbers, even though I asked them for it) I got fed up with such a mediocre and abusive bank. Pros: The customer service at Pasto is good. The lines are not very long. Cons: - Terrible CDTs, Trusts, mediocre Savings Accounts. - Terrible customer service in Bogotá. - Impossible to buy online. If someone is looking for a bank to save, or make any type of transaction. Banco de Bogotá is a terrible option.

  Excellent bank, good service and most importantly, they work extended hours.
