  Terrible service, take an hour to pick up a card. There was only one consultant attending and the others talking, I asked the lady of the shifts and she answered in a very ugly way.

  The worst service ... lasts 1 and 15 minutes waiting for a card to be delivered to me, a single adviser attending a person during that time and another adviser next to him who in the period of time only with his cell phone in hand and talking to the person taking the temperature at the entrance. That service is really terrible
