  Es excelente el servicio y los artículos que allí ofrecen. Todo lo relacionado con el ciclismo de ruta y de montaña. Y las espectaculares bicicletas TREK.

  Probably the best bike store/taller in Medellin. I bought two mid-line Treks and a bike rack. Gustavo and cashier were great at helping fit us with everything we needed and ensure a happy outcome. Unfortunately only after one trip we lost one of the fasteners from the bike rack and upon returning to the shop a different guy tried to charge us for it only after a few days. He was not interested in the fact we were new customers that dropped significant plata, he told us the cost would be 10.000 COP to replace the fastener. It's people like this guy that make or break bike shops for me. I probably will recommend people go to Bike House, but if I see this guy again I will avoid him. Bike House needs to value their customers by employing people like Gustavo. Not rock-faced money grabbers.

  Buenos productos pero servicio muy regular. Se conforman con lo básico
