  ME TRATARON DE ROBAR!!! TOURISTS BEWARE OF SCAMS!!! Vivo en Estados Unidos, fui de vacaciones a Colombia y me estaba hospedando cerca de Cig. Londres. Tuve que hacer una recarga de minutos a dos celulares, opte por hacerlo ahi ya q era cerca. Que problema. Puse 20000 pesos en el mostrador para la recarga del primer celular, me pidio el numero, baje la cabeza para buscar el numero, se lo di, "le dije y otros 20000 para este otro numero", cuando la levante la cabeza los 20000 ya no estaban y el empleado me dijo que no le habia dado nada. Llame a la policia (yo soy oficial de policia en USA), pedimos q nos mostraran el video de las camaras, que imprimieran el recibo de los minutos q supuestamente ya habian recargado, los cuales yo ahora le debia, y su respuesta fue q no tenia la clave para ver los videos, que la maquina de ellos no da recibos y aun sostenia q yo le debia los 20000 de la supuesta recarga. Una hora despues, cuando se dio cuenta que yo no me pensaba dar por vencido, obtuvo el recibo, segundos despues mi celular confirmo la regarga pero aun pedia q le pagara los 20000. Se contacto al dueño quien vio en el video de las camaras que yo SI le habia dado los 20000 y por fin logre salir de ahi. Tengan muuuucho cuidado, ese tipo es un ladron. Nos se el nombre pero mide como 175, tiene el pelo corto, casi rapado, piel blanca y ojos pequeños. I live in the United States, I went on vacation to Colombia and I was staying near Cig. London. I had to do a recharge of minutes to two cell phones, choose to do it there since it was close from where I was staying. What a problem. I put 20000 pesos on the counter for the first cell recharge, the employee asked for the number, I lowered my head to find the number, I gave it to him and also told him "and another 20,000 for this other number", when he lifted my head the 20000 were no longer there and the employee told me he had not given him anything. I called the police (I am a police officer in the USA), we asked them to show us the video from the cameras and to print the receipt for the minutes that they had supposedly recharged, which I now owed him. His answer was that they did not have the password key to see the videos, that their machine does not give receipts and I insisted that I still owed the 20,000 of the supposed recharge. An hour later, when he realized that I was not going to give up, he came up with the receipt, seconds later my cell phone confirmed it, but he still asked me to pay the 20000. We contacted the owner who saw in the video that I had given him the 20000. I finally managed to get out of there without being ripped off. Be very careful, that guy is a thief. I do not know his name but he's about 5'7", has short hair, almost shaved, white/tan skin and small eyes.
