::The manager never attends in a good way. He doesn't know what he's doing. He was asked several times what was needed. He made me wait 2 hours so that the girl who attended me could not open the account. I went another day and another girl could do it. But my husband has not. A month ago I sent a money order and nothing was deposited in the account. What an irresponsible bank. I plan to close that account and get my money back. The worst Bank in Colombia, look for another one because this will make you waste your time.
