  Food was overall salty. The Salsa Verde wasn't made with Tomatillo. Similarly the Chipotle sauce was missing its characteristic smokey heat. We asked for a Molcajete and instead of hot pot of steaming meat with chilies and green shallots it was melting pot of guacamole, indescribable meat and red peppers. Much work to do with the sauces...
