::Membership price is the best. Great instructors. Needs a little maintenance.

::Great gym. It even has a pool

::First and foremost, this is a low-cost gym, so it's nothing fancy. If you know what you're doing and already have your workout routines, this is a good place to go, as it has all the machines and weights you'll need. Cleanliness is not the worst but not the best either. The instructors are there only to either give you a paid personal class or to sell you one, nothing more. Since it's low-cost, going in the afternoon and evening is a nightmare since it's extremely crowded, but if you can manage to go during working hours it's a breeze. They open at 3am, and it's usually much less crowded in the mornings. Also since it's low-cost, people are not very well educated, so the weights are always all over the place rather than in their designated spots, and people rarely clean the weight machines after using them. I haven't tried the aerobics and spinning classes, but they seem to be very popular and certainly look interesting from the outside. So it's not the best place to go, but when you remember how much it costs, everything looks brighter; plus I don't expect that other gyms are that much better anyway.

::It's clean and organized. You can work by yourself, or have a personal trainer who guides you throughout your workout.

::Its a cost-effective solution for a gym. Low cleanliness and crowded in the nights, but having tried bodytech, spinning center and nordic fitness, this gym offers almost the same for 1/4, half and 1/3 the price respectively
