  I had a bad experience with my lunch today. I supposed the burger is one of their best but it turned out to be the messiest burger I have ever had. The lower bread was so sloppy due to the juice or the tomato or the meat or the sauce. You can't pick the burger without imbedding your fingers into the lower bun. And after a bite, the whole sandwich fell like it went through a slide. I had no time to complain, I was dead-hungry. Not to mention that they only give a piece of napkin to clean your hands.
