  Right in a very busy historic monument, expect lots of locals selling food and souvenirs, traffic, tourists and street artists. Always something happening in the streets, Hard Rock café in Plaza de la Aduana offers a quick break from the crowds while enjoying your favorite choice of quick food or just drinks. Beautiful during the day, amazing view at night.

  Buena atención. Los platos no muy variados, pero lo basico para todo gusto. La limonada con fresa muy buena. Los precios un poco mas elevados que el promedio.

  Lindo Hard Rock en plena ciudad amurallada. Platos ricos, mismo menú que el resto de la cadena, al igual que sus precios algo elevados. Al lugar le faltaba más energia, mejores vibras. La atención floja y lenta, a pesar de su cordialidad.

  My friends and I wanted a good, american-style burger after a long weekend on the Caribbean. Most of the town's power was out (not sure why), but Hard Rock was open and we we're fine with it. The service was a bit slow and for some reason our 1 to-go order came out last. Burger quality was fair at best and the macaroni and cheese was not as advertised. It did have AC, which was lovely, but the wifi was not working at the time. All in all a safe backup or plan C.

  Went to enjoy their happy hour menu on February, when seated we had to request the happy hour menu as the staff would hand you the regular prices for the same items, staff was just unprofessional, waited for almost an hour for the food and after trying to call the attention of the staff for about 15 min had to stand up to refill my own drink. The restaurant was half empty and there was no reason for the harsh treatment as we were not putting pressure on them or anything. When the bill came the waiter confronted me because I left only half of the recommended tip... Not a good experience at all, my partner and me usually visit the Hard Rocks while traveling and always have a pleasant experience. Hopefully the main brand does something with that staff cause it was just insulting.
