  The room is completely different from how it looks in the photos. The bathroom is terrible, full of damp. When we arrived there was no one at reception. We had to wait 30 minutes until someone arrived, and said he didn't know anything about the hotel. Only 1 hour later came someone who knew. The internet does not work. We asked for a change of room and the person didn't even know if there was an option. We told him that we preferred in that case and given the problems, cancel and look for another site. The owner refused and charged us the entire night, when we were only 1 hour at the hotel. Anyway, pity service!

  Fantastic hotel, great beds and beautiful decorated. A must-go when travelling through Pasto.
