  Restaurant waiters and waitresses are blunt. They seem to dislike customers. They are not polite nor are they kind, warm. This attitude seems to go hand in hand with the climate in Bogotá: COLD.

  The service was great and the facilities were also good. The location was perfect for what I was looking for.

  Great hotel, and convenient located for museums and planetarium. Great restaurants around. Just missing iron and coffee on the rooms. Great views from high floors.

  Great location, clean comfortable rooms. The guy at reception when I checked in couldn't have been more helpful! Helped me make phone calls and find a doctor. Loved the location and restaurants and bars nearby - also loved its so close to transportation. I did send an email just now - I think I left a pair of (my favorite!!) pants behind in the room. I would love if I can get them back, please email back when possible!
