  My review point of view as two young women (25yrs) USA tourists: The hotel staff are friendly. The hotel is simple and nice, beautiful view from the balcony. I enjoyed my stay there. It’s in a great location for enjoying the walled city and shopping. I found the room price to be fair. One room we had had hot water, the other didn’t. With the excessive heat in May, I didnt mind the timid water. Air conditioners functioned well. Free breakfast was simple offerings, nothing fancy. For five stars I would expect more luxury. No shampoo, hair dryer or anything other than bar soap and towels.

  Muito bem localizado e bem conservado ! Funcionários educados e prestativos ! Vale muito a pena com ótimo custo-benefício! Tem um café da manhã bem gostoso!

  Muy acogedor, habitaciones sencillas pero cómodas. El desayuno es riquísimo y la atención de los recepcionistas es muy buena.

  Muy buena ubicación. Nos recibió Yarvis, excelente atención, nos explicó todo sobre Cartagena y como movernos. Una gran predisposición de su parte!
