  Excelente hotel es uno de mis favoritos el ambiente es hermoso y la comida muy buena la ubicacion es de la mejored en Bogota.

  Probablemente uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado. El personal es maravilloso, un trato 5 estrellas. Se nota la calidad y el cuidado en los detalles. Desde los conductores y los conserjes pasando por el personal de restaurante, lobby y housekeeping, todos se esfuerzan por dar lo mejor con una gran sonrisa y trato amable. ¡Los felicito!

  Not a good experience I'm afraid. The concierge was not up to her job and kept confusing times and pick ups. What a mess. Plus, the famous mandarina juice I ordered at the bar the first night upon my arrival was mixed with water, probably from tap. Needless to say the rest of my stay was spent running to the bathroom. And do not go to the breakfast area at around 8am: the room is way to small to accommodate all guests and there is a waiting line to get in there. Sorry guys, I'm not a complaining person but next time in Bogota I will try another place.

  Excelente hotel! Tudo de bom! O atendimento é muito acima da média. O hotel é sofisticado nos mínimos detalhes e muito bem localizado. Próximo à Zona "T" de Bogotá, onde podemos encontrar de tudo que precisamos. Recomendo!
