  I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The service at this hotel is incredible and the personal attention to it's guests is OUTSTANDING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

  Local histórico em Cartagena. O hotel Sofitel Santa Clara de Cartagena de Índias funciona no antigo convento de Santa Clara de 1621. Além de histórico, o lugar é luxuoso e sofisticado e muito agradável com um jardim central. O café da manhã diverso e saboroso é sensacional. Apesar de ser antigo, não deixa de ser aconchegante e confortável. Além disso, tem uma ótima localização dentro da cidade amuralhada e perto dos melhores restaurantes de Cartagena. Gostei muito e recomendo para quem tem disponibilidade.

  Vielleicht das beste Hotel in Amerika!? Auf jeden Fall ein angemessener Abschluss einer Reise durch Kolumbien...

  Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the hotel, Juan Pablo Estrada and the entire team! My wedding was LITERALLY a fairy tale dream! I live abroad in the US and although wedding planning is a stressful process, once I arrived in Cartagena a week before our big day, the Sofitel made the process as easy as possible. Juan Pablo was kind enough to plan our food tasting the week of the wedding since we were not able to travel before- my parents, husband and I were floored by how delicious the entire spread was! With an elegant buffet option we were able to cater to all different tastes and ensure everyone was happy and full! My bridal suite was romantic and the hotel was hands on all day for all requests. Lastly, the service at the reception was impeccable! All the guest felt so well taken care of, thank you so much Sofitel Santa Clara!

  Magique, mais... Ce Sofitel agréablement placé dans la vieille ville classée de Cartagena et ouvert sur la mer impressionne par son entrée dans un ancien couvent de toute beauté, où vous accueille une oeuvre scintillante de l'histoire de l'or et des rituels solaires des indiens. Belles chambres, que ce soit dans la partie ancienne, sublime cloître et salles de conférences, service impeccable et inventif, chouette spa et chouettes boutiques. Mais mais ? ... La partie neuve avec sa belle et grande piscine fait penser à un ensemble Pierre et Vacances, dommage, cependant le confort y est parfait.
