  Excelente ubicación, atención insuperable todos los empleados son super educados y amables. Lo que debe tomar en cuenta es que tienen varios tipos de apartamentos y con ello varios precios, de tamaño casi no varias pero si varía en el amoblado y las comodidades, yo verificará eso ya que hace una notable diferencia.

  The hotel is located on a side street from the main Street so it is a bit quieter than if you were staying on Calle 10. The h hotel has standard rooms as well as the suites. I stayed in a standard room on the second floor and it was sparkling clean, shower was hot. Breakfast on the 10th floor was basic with a couple of warm choices and coffee, juice, cereal, breads and fruit. My only 2 things to bring to management attention is that it would be nice to have a coffee maker in addition to the refrigerator and when paying by credit card, please ask the guest if they want to be charged in COP., USD., EUR etc. The rate is in COP but if the the currency conversion is done during the transaction, you get an unfavorable exchange rate. I have seen this in other countries as well as in Colombia and the guest should be asked if they want to pay in the local or currency of the credit card bank. The front desk said "you paid in COP" as it does say that on the receipt but right below it is the value as it was converted -. at the current rate, I was charged 7% more.

  Hotel confortable. Puedes conseguir buenos descuentos en sus habitaciones por las páginas web que comparan precio de hoteles. Tiene un pequeño gym, piscina y esta en una muy buena zona donde puedes conocer caminando. Para ser un hotel 5 estrellas me parece que le falta incorporar mobiliario nuevo.. se ve que es un poco viejo pero muy limpio.

  Muy buena atención, buena ubicación, poder caminar hasta centros comerciales. Tiene Juan Valdez cerca. Limpio, sin duda nuestra estadía ha Sido maravillosa. Lo recomiendo.

  Excelente ubicación. Personal muy amable. Buena habitación y todo limpio. Desayuno muy rico y variado. Linda vista. Se escucha ruido de habitaciones cercanas.
