  Hotel Zaragoza is in the centre of Bogota and costs about 25 euro a night. The staff is very helpful and kind. I've been there between the 16-th of Februar and 9-th of March and it rained each day for many hours. This hotel hasn't got heating so it was pretty cold with 12-15 degrees! Better visit the city for a few days and go to Medellin.
