  Big tourist trap, never got refund This place is a tourist trap and not worth the time or money. Be aware that the pictures you see listed are photoshopped. We booked 5 days in the beachfront suite. We were so dissatisfied that we left the second day. The owner promised a refund for the 3 days which we never received even thought we contacted them many many times. We waited more than 5 months to find out that we’re never getting that refund and that it was a big lie. The Pirate Island is a joke. It’s so small that there isn’t even enough space to go for a walk. U can basically walk from your room to the restaurant and back. It’s 30 seconds. As soon as you arrive to the island and see the tacky wooden board painted as a pirate, you could see that the decor is cheesy. The place is run down and old. It’s badly maintained. Our shower and toilet was leaking. Everything incl. bedsheets and towels was dirty. The food is boring and not very tasty. You get one bottle of water and one glass of wine. Well they say it’s wine. It tasted terrible. Same food is served every day. It was not at all worth the money we spent. Even though you are far away from mainland and trapped on a tiny small island they let vendors come harass you. You seek the paradise and get annoyed all day long. Activities off the island cost extra. We booked every single activity that was offered and weren’t impressed by anything except the amount of money we spent. 
The bottom line: it’s just a big tourist trap, not worth the money. Don’t go! And special thanks to the owner for ripping us off!

  Es un lugar mágicoo! Las entradas se deben compara en la ciudad de Cartagena de preferencia en el muelle ahí encontrarán los mejores precios.

  El agua de este lugar es cristalina y de un azul hermoso, fuimos de pasadia y el almuerzo estuvo delicioso. Además de ser un lugar tranquilo se puede apreciar la naturaleza de cerca.

  Ilha praticamente VIP, com poucos hóspedes e uma delícia! A comida é saborosa e atende bem! Ótima escolha!
