  La mezquita es un lugar maravilloso, además de la paz que se respira y la armonía. Es divinamente hermosa. Quedé encantada con la amabilidad y la Fe de los musulmanes. Lo más lindo de Maicao.

  I didn't actually get to enter the masjid because it was locked. There were some people doing maintenance and grounds-keeping. I spoke to one, who informed me that the masjid is only open during official times. Therefore, not such a great place for Muslim travellers; if you are on a time constraint it might not be worth it to go out of the way to pray here. But, that is the case in many masajid throughout the world, so no fault there as it can be expected lamentably. It is a nice masjid to look at from the outside.
