::This stop was part of a sightseeing package . We were rushed thru the museum didn’t get to stop n truly appreciate what we where looking at . Once in the store ( for what her focus was on “the sale! ” ) I noticed her lingering n not letting us relax to look around . I mentioned to her that I’m not into jewelry much ( but was actually thinking perhaps earring could be cute just wanted to look without the pressure ) my boyfriend wanted me to have a ring . I said no and before you knew it she was walking us out showing us the door. Wow... I’d recommend Going elsewhere . There are plenty of jewelry places around . He said he actually wanted me to have one piece of jewelry . Told him we can go elsewhere...Too bad she showed us the door .

::This place is awesome!! We did the jewelery course and Ana the store manager went out of her way to organize this for us as we could not do it through the web site as we were too late. What an awesome course !!!! and we were able to pick which pieces we wanted to keep or purchase. Ana also arranged for us to have our owe English interpreter..Jader!! What an excellent guide!! We got to tour the warehouse and we each had our owe student helpers.. Daniel and Maria..Oh they were wonderful!! After we went to the warehouse store and I happened to meet the owners of the mine, Alfredo and his brother..they are so nice and very generous!!! We hope to go back real soon!!! You guys were awesome!!! Thank you sooooo much!! We would highly recommend this workshop and tour!!!

::I did not like my experience there because I was told harshly that I could not take pictures even without a flash. Then for the rest of my time there I was followed around the museum by the same man who told me I couldn't take pictures. It made me uncomfortable and I decided to leave early. They make you feel like you're obligated to buy something, and if you are not buying they stare at you and follow you until you leave. The jewelry is beautiful but that doesn't matter if the people that work there don't know how accommodate visitors. They need to work on giving visitors their space.
