  My family went there for a short stay and their experience was awful. They provided my family with allegedly recent model cars but they were all in really bad shape. The first car was a Chevrolet Spark, probably one of the unsafest available cars in the Latin American market. After complaining about the Spark, the company replaced it with another second liner in the market: a Renault Logan, which was also supposed to be 2017 but overall, it was in bad shape as well. The cost for 4 days was 1 million COP ( about 300 U$), which seems overtly expensive for the crappy service and the many errands we have to run into to solve this issue. I wonder if the other 5 star reviews were written down by company staff. There’s no way this service can be categorize as 5 star service. Definitely, worst car rental in the region.

  Excelente servicio, reservé con tiempo y todo me salio perfecto, es una empresa muy cumplida, los recomiendo
