  Nice staff and friendly. Only the restaurants seens have less waiters than needed. Rooms are spacious.

  Este hotel tiene unas instalaciones bastante elegantes, hace parte de una serie de edificios con hospedaje de calidad que se encuentran a una distancia bastante corta del aeropuerto. El servicio es de excelente calidad y ofrece comodidad por un precio adecuado. En este caso en particular, cuenta con una plazoleta de comidas bastante completa con una variada oferta gastronómica y cómodas instalaciones. Se encuentra sobre una avenida principal lo que es conveniente para conectar con varios sitios de interés no solo de la ciudad sino en general de la región.

  Great experience. Rooms have a lot of space. The staff are very kind. The breakfast at the 10th floor for Club Sheraton is amazing. The fitness center in S2 is accessible by a separated elevator.

  This hotel is very fancy and nice. It offers a gym, pool, spa, a Turkish sauna, spinning area, jacuzzi.. and they even have swim suits for sale. They have delicious colombian food in the breakfast and their restaurant has amazing views at the terrace. They have several gift shops and small stores here. There is live music at night no matter what day of the week it is (it doesn't bother guest rooms at all)
