I switched five lines from Claro and cut my oats and more service. it is always a wait there but the service is good. My representative is Angelia and she is very nice and efficient.

::This is the worst cellular store i have ever entered. Seriously. And it was for my own service. I was very disappointed. The workers looked lazy. Many of them were on their phones texting without customers at their stations while I waited. I first person at the door that directs you to where you need to go was a man with a small mole on his face. I needed a simple replacement sim card. He directed me to the machine by the door that was for refilling data. Of course the machine did not do what I needed. Then he directed me to the cashier. She was clearly not part of that process in the first stage of it. Did the management choose the least trained employee and put him at the door? It was very unprofessional. Finally, he gave me a service number for the cue and I sat and waited almost 30 minutes for service. It was a huge waste of time since he could have processed that in the beginning. I was directed to station 25 to another man that did not seem to care and kept telling me that it was impossible to give me a replacement sim. I think he wanted to update my entire account or something. I left extremely frustrated. Please - TIGO management - find some qualified employees for the Los Molinos store quickly. The good news is that the next TIGO store turned out to be the best TIGO experience I have ever had. TIGO at Premium Plaza. See that review as well.
