  very bad attention, they made an appointment at 1:30 I ended up being attended at 5 pm, and the appointment with the right to request was achieved, because I never received any calls after having attended to request the appointment and informed me that they would call me, 2 months passed and it never happened.

  I have more than half an hour calling the phone and I have communicated with the different options but it is impossible for them to answer me. In customer service they contacted me with external appointments and they hung up on me.

  The Clinic is excellent, too bad the customer service, they have given me 5 telephones and endless extensions and they don't answer me in any of them and if they answer they don't help, they don't know how to make an appointment, or who to call, and if by a miracle They respond, it is in bad form and throwing the phone. Please, would you at least be polite to say that you don't want to serve us?

  I have been trying to communicate for three days to request an appointment with orthopedics and traumatology through the telephones that are on the page and others that they gave me at the EPS and they never answer. I think it is the worst care that a patient can receive and especially because of the message from the answering machine that says how important users are to the company, but totally false, the staff in charge of the care is terribly incompetent. I hope you read this opinion and improve the service

  Very good care delivering fast results
